The Law Office of Darren Wolf, P.C. represents survivors Maria Barajas and Clarissa Vizcaino in a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District and former teacher and coach, Michael Guzman. As reported by the Los Angeles Times, Guzman was arrested earlier this month.
“An overarching objective of Maria and Clarissa in coming forward is to ensure what happened to them does not happen to others. Prior to his arrest, Guzman taught for over thirty years in the greater Los Angeles area, including Woodrow Wilson High School in El Sereno; Torres High School - Social Justice Leadership Academy in East Los Angeles; Victor Valley High School; Victor Valley High School in Victorville; and Gabrielino High School in San Gabriel.
